1. Sorry, making this stuff is my job.
2. The blem on this one was a small nick on the lip of the mag well. But some people are pretty anal about their guns. So I just put it back.
3. Yes we can make what we want within the scope of our license. No it was cheap to make. M16 parts cost no more than a standard parts kit, add one blemished lower, some Magpul parts out of inventory and I used an already built upper. Quite cheap really. Total cost was in the lower parts assembly, around $450 or so and around 3 hours of my time. Now you can really hate me.
