One would think this would be a non-issue, but as anyone who has ever dealt with the Byzantine and capricious fustercluck that is the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources can tell you, common sense doesn't play a significant role in Minnesota hunting regulations.

No concrete yes or no for you, but the only limitation that I have been reading is on small caliber.  6.8 is  0.267 so it seems to be a large enough round.

Yes it is and I have used our new 6.8 AP4 last November and the 6.8 is a great Minnesota deer round! Remeber the 6.8 is a .270 bullet.

Here is what the MN DNR lists what is legal.
