KAC RAS 11 RIB ON A 6721 hbar upper? will this fit on my upper? i did a search and found one guy who says his wont and another who said his did. any one else know?

The RAS II will fit any flattop upper reciever.

so when you mounted the top. the little hooks that go on the barrel nut wen on no prob?

Correct. The trick is to take the screw that tightens the hooks into the barrel nut off before installing the top rail, giving the hooks maximum clearance from the barrel nut. Also, keep the upper more horizontal when installing the top rail so gravity pulls the hooks clear of the barrel nut.
