I doubt anyone will have what you are looking for.

However if you are looking for the 'how to install' manual with exploded views then click on the INFORMATION button (above and to the right) then click DOWNLOADS AND MANUALS then select the -23&P UNIT AND DIRECT SUPPORT MAINTENANCE.

Everything you are looking for will be in Chapter 3.

Doesn't the Bushmaster require a replacement buffer tube to accept the Vltor stock?

Yes, it requires a military/Colt sized receiver extension.  Of course you can buy the Vltor package that includes a 5 position Rcvr Extension.

Telestock yes.

The Vltor fixed stock will fit the Bushmaster A1/A2 tube, but it will only fit on the mil-spec telestock tubes. Yes the fixed stock will go on either style.

Since you're in California, you should check your local laws on what you can and can't own. You may find that what you want to do is not allowed.

The Vltor rifle length fixed stock comes in A1 and A2 lengths. (A1 is 5/8" shorter.) It fits over a regular A1/A2 lower rifle extension. (buffer tube) The stock tube that comes on the Bushmaster will work. All you have to do is unscrew the top screw on the regular rifle stock and slip the stock off the tube. Then put the Vltor on and screw it in place.

Since you live in California you probably can't use a telestock. And that means you can't put the Vltor rifle stock on a telestock tube because it moves, and therefore becomes a telestock.
