Download the military manual, its free, and it is used to teach and train troops from around the world. It is good reading material, especially if you aren't familiar with the weapon system.
To start out, a good cleaning kit (solvent, lube, patches, etc), possibly a bore snake, a supply of good magazines (USGI), targets and ammo. There aren't any spare parts you will need to start out with, and to be honest, most people don't shoot their AR15s enough to need any.
If you start firing a couple cases a month, and/ or going to training courses (which is a great idea), you will want to look for some spare parts then. Right now, I honestly wouldn't worry to much about that angle. If its a massive concern for you, or you have solid intel that we need to know about such as an impending invasion, we can get a list ready for you.
Right now you need to field strip, clean, and lubricate that weapon. Then get out and start putting rounds through her. Down the road you will probably start thinking about needing a sling, optics, or other items, and that can turn into an entirely new thread for you.
