Newbie need imput : looking for an ar for plinking using wolf ammo, don't want to put wolf  thru my Bushy or RRA. Want to keep cost as low as possible. buy or build?  chrome molly or extra cost for chrome lined barrel?    Thanks in adv. for imput

why not just use wolf in the RRA/Bushy that you already have?

its not like it will hurt it....

since you are talking 'low cost' i'd get a basic JTD/delton 16in kit w/ C-L bbl

wolf will not hurt your RRA or Bushy in the least. Not one bit.
Now if you really just want a new rifle, I'd build one, that way you get exactly what you want the first time.

build it if you want but i dont see a problem shooting wolf through the bushmaster.
