Those are impressive specs alright

as long as it isn't shot out - barrel-wise and beaten up- it sounds good

It would be nice to get it for a bit less , but $900 is not too  bad

a brand new one would run you around $1,100.

U can't buy a HB 6921 in the box for 1100.......

As long as the barel isn't shot out......buy it

not a true 6921 but you'd be hard pressed to build a complete COLT for much less....

Hmmm ... I thought the 6921HB's were going for a quite bit more than $1,100 ....  $900 is a steal ...  Supposedly only 300 were made ...

EDIT:  Sorry ...  I noticed only the upper was from a 6921HB ....

Edited since more info is available. Not a bad price for a Colt even if its a mixed bag.

COLT doesn't make phantoms but u need one to make it a legal 16"

Quality buttstock? If not expect to pay 150-250 for a COLT if u desire

U need throat erosion guages to chk barrel wear....

W/o the COLT Buttstock u might be better off buying new 6920 but you'd have 16 barrel vs the 14.5 SOCOM...that's up to you

No, you cannot.

The upper - provided it isn't beat to hell and the barrel isn't shot out - and is genuine Cot 6921HB heritage, is worth about $500 or so. The Match Target Lower - complete - and also not beat to hell - is worth another $350-$400

So about $900 more or less

Some factors would make it higher, and some would make it less. But based on the generalities provided- $900

(My earlier estimate of $1,100 for a new on was based on a new LE6920, which this most closely resembles)
