I move back and forth.

A Specter gear 3 Point, with the MagPul QD swivel on the tail of the 93B and a KAC side sling adaptor on the 9-o-clock rail.

A Specter gear HST 1 point with a HK style hook and the MagPul HK style loop adaptor.

I'd like a 1 point with a QD swivel, but MagPul never made that adaptor.

Sorry no pics of my 93B slung up.

Well get on it!

I should have one in today's mail.

Meaning it should be at the P.O. and awaiting my arrival in about 20 minutes.

Cool.  My Recon AR is damn near finished, just waiting for a MIAD to replace my G27 grip, and some KNS pins.  Just trying to figure out what types of slings are preferred with the M93B - truth is I never really gave it much thought till now.

Definately need some inspirational pics if you fellas don't mind.  Some 3-point sling options might be nice if they're out there.  No sure how the M93B would fare with a single point set up....where does it attach?  Can you slip a sling plate between the stock and reciever?  I guess you could, but I'm not sure if there's room between the tensioning clamps of the M93B or not.

Well, I have an older M93; but I run it with a Specter MOUT sling. This gives you pretty much the same function as a single-point with a QD swivel.

Does the flat one-point sling adapter get in the way when you rack the charging handle with the right side of your left hand? I'm getting one and am not sure which one-point attachment I should go for.

I use the Specter HST sling through the magpul sling point. I'd like a wider sling, but this is whats working best for me right now. I tried the Troy, and it is a nice sling, but I didnt like the hook attachment as much.

That may be the best option I've seen yet, thanks for sharing

From the MagPul site...

www.bizplaces.com/magpul/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=6811

Back out the screw that sits undereath the stock, the one that holds the "claws" in place. Slip  out the little metal spacer, and slide the loop in place. Then replace the screw.

For the QD on the tail.... Remove the two screws that hold the metal side piece in place. Screw the adaptor to the underside of the piece and replace the metal piece.

My rifle is set up so I can either use my Wilderness Single Point Sling OR a Turner synthetic match sling.  The Turner is what is normally kept on the rifle (as it's my precision rig).

Rear hookup for the Turner (elonged the hole slightly with a dremel so the sling swivel would go on)

Single Point Sling attachment point.

Way to go Forester. I did the exact same thing with mine, but I used a long screw to file down the bottom of the hole. Very pleased with the result + Uncle Mike's QD.
