Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - need help on stocks for my RRA

I am wanting a Vltor stock to go on my 05' Rock River Arm AR15. It has a 6 position collapsible stock on it now. Need to know where or not it will work with my AR. I was told that the tube needs to be MILSPEC. Please help me out on this.
