I'm looking for a cheap, non-collapsible stock lower to attach to a 50 BMG upper.  What are some brand recommendations and what can I expect to pay?

There are several available for under one hundred bucks, stripped. Get a parts kit and a stock from the EE.

DPMS makes a single shot lower without a magwell. Not cheap, but it looks good.

+1 for the single shot lower....  

looks like exactally what you would want if it's going to be a dedicated 50bmg gun.

If not, DPMS lowers in general seem to be a good balance in price vs quality
