Does anyone know if you can own a SBR in Massachusetts?

Hope so...waiting for my Form 1 on an SBR and my Form 4 on an SBS. I did however get my Machinegun license (I think? it is necessary for ownership in MA at least for NFA stuff) The bad part is i'm a cop and don't really know...and I know alot about the gun laws in MA..it's pathetic. But if you call the AG's office to inquire they want to know who you are (that's when I hang up) All indications are that they are legal including Bardwell which I tend to believe but just yet another example of how totally FUCKED up this dumb state is.

Hey Bulldog, is teh SBS reference a Short Barreled Shotgun?

If so, the link I posted suggests its a no-no in Mass.

If it is wrong (the info on the link) then the other may not be reliable

Double-check (of course you'll find out when uyou submit paperwork)
