Quien is right
You have to be a paying member first. It has many benefits besides having an AVATAR (picture under your name) if you spend any time here at all its a bargain at $20 or $25, whatever it is (and up, commensurate with the time you spend or the worth the site has to you) the General Topic forum (see tabs at top of page) would be the best place to check out the waters.
