Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - SPR or Varmint - accuracy question

I am building a second AR for Accuracy at distances of 3 to 600 yards. I am looking at working with White Oak Armament. Does anyone have experience shooting a 20" SPR and a 20" Varmint. I would like to know what kind of shot group difference I can expect. Ideally I would like to lighten the weapon without sacrificing accuracy.

The heavy barrel will have more consistant harmonics and be more accurate. The SPR barrel is a compromise to save weight. That said, either will easily be MOA tubes.
