Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking to buy a completed rifle that is legal in California

With the "window" of opportunity currectly available can anyone direct me to where I could buy a complete rifle (or just the lower) either in California or outside for shipment to my local dealer so I can put together a decent semi-auto varmint rifle.  Any help would be appreciated.
