Its a good gun. Go shoot it.
The Bushmaster threads are fast and furious, and are usually overrun by people who prefer Colt, but this topic is brought up constantly. Expect some short replies because of the frequency. |

That's the gun I own, I love it. I haven't had a single problem with it in 4000+ rounds.

Oh yea, (5) more things. Alot of LEO's in our state have 'em, congrats on your first post and buy this book, "The AR-15 complete owners guide." by Walt Kuleck with Scott Duff, Your finger is the safety and the gun is always loaded.

I'de keep it super simple, get use to irons, maybe upgrade to a reflex sight afterwords, and other optics. The only modification i've made to my M4 is adding on a retractable stock (post ban fixed m4 style stock) and putting magpul followers into all my mags. Runs like a champ

Worst gun ever! Just kidding I have one and I love it. The only drawback is this was my first AR and now I have this strong urge to buy more ARs.

I have a Bushy M4orgery and love it, your rifle is similar just w/ a longer barrel.
