Nice buy

Is that the factory 24"er?

If so, is it original, and if so, what do the internal look like?

same as Match target?, or does it have a special trigger group?

Did it come factory w/SS barrel?

damn, thats a lot of questions...................isn't it?

Nice find.

I did the same thing this year except the lower receivers followed me home and then parts keep showing up on my door from the EE sellers.

So far this year I got a Colt M16A2 clone rifle, LMT 16-inch Defender 2000 and Colt 6721 with the Operator mid length 16-inch barrel.

That's BRD and it's not going to stop, never.

It is good to see COlt has done away with the 2 screwdriver method. I knew the LE line and the PC version of the M4 were small pin uppers, did not know about the rest of the line. The buffer and hinge are easy fixes when they break (high round count).

From the box to the range report today - From 100 yards a honest .75 inch 5 shot group, take the target to 200 yards from the bench, the 6724 CAR HBAR prints 1.7 inches 5 shot group with a 6x scope with my own reloads - 24 gr. of AA2230 under a 69 gr. SMK. I honestly didn't believe that a box stock AR could print sub-MOA. However, I'm a believer now and it does it without much effort ...................I think I'll keep her.
