AZ_GUNNER, you've got some of the sweetest guns i've seen. I would love to build a pistol setup similar to that smallest one you have! hough, Would it have to be a registered SBRhijack

a stock = rifle
a barrel under 16" on a rifle = SBR ($200 tax stamp)

My advice is, do NOT build the pistol upper, until you have a pistol registered lower.

If you have a rifle (even just a lower) and a pistol upper, without a pistol lower, BAD JUJU my friend.

If you want to build a SBR, build and register the SBR lower first, then build the upper.
