I saw a new Bushmaster 9mm AR at gunshow this past weekend. Looked good and had the polymer upper rcvr. What is the best 9mm AR you can purchase to date in terms of quality and reliability? Does this new Bushmaster make the list?

Colt makes an Al 9mm would be better than those carbon rifles. I do not like Carbon rifles.

I am with Gregory on this one. I will wait to see what happens with this line of pistols and rifles. We already saw what happened to the BM 308.

I just love my RRA A4 9mm!

I have about 2500 trouble free rounds through it w/o any problems.

I've had two Olympic 9mm's and really like that set-up better than the Colt. Just my 2 pennies though

Wile not a big Oly fan overall I must say we have sold several of their 9mm carbines that use the Glock magazines and our customers have reported back excellent results.

The guns seem very reliable and 30 round magazines are cheap and plentiful, what more could you want?

My RRA 9mm AR has been having trouble with the extractor as well. The roll pin secureing it in the bolt has drifted causing the exctractor to get pushed flush with the bolt face.

The other side. I'm a lefty.

I took a DPMS ambi safety, shaved the left hand side off with a Dermel then Dura Coated it.

All I can report on is my Colt 6450 which has been flawless since day one. I have a Colt scope mounted on the handle but after I set it up, I can hit 75 yard gongs as fast as I can pull the trigger. Wicked little woodchuck gun out to 100-125 yards. Has eaten everything so far and I just picked up 2K of HC lead from my reloader bud. Very accurate with this load as I tried it out at the full auto shoot he invited us [son and me] on. After he figured out the cant, [I shoot leftie, he shoots rightie] he was putting them in a 1/2 group at 25 yards. [He shoots at Perry]
