Does anyone knows how to remove a permanent flash hider from the barrel with out having to cut it?, I recently purchased a 11.5" Bushy barrel with a 5.5" FH.

Thanks for your feedback.

The FS is going to be toast when your done, but it's only a $15 part. One way is to cut the FS about a 1/2" past the barrel muzzle. The use a dremil and scribe two lines down each side of the shortened FS. You want to go deep, but not enough to go threw the FS metal and into the barrel threads. Then on the scribe line in front of the muzzle, cut both sides all the way threw. This gives two areas to split the FS, and remove it from the Barrel. Once the FS is off, chase the threads with a tap to remove any brazing that may have flowed into the threads. The second way is to just heat the FS back up, and then spin the FS off. The third is to grind the FS/ barrel where it's welded on, and then spin the FS off. But if the brazing flowed into the treads, you end up splitting the FS to get it off, so that put you back at either the first or the second option.
