Is there a .45 ACP upper for the AR?

Just curious... seeing how there are .22, 9mm, .458, and .50 caliber uppers available.  I thought  .45 ACP would be a common enough round to include among the ranks.

I have been looking at things and I am curious if anybody knows if it would be possible to modify a Colt style 9mm bolt so you could use it with 45 ACP via 45 ACP UZI mags in the standard Colt style mag block?
