Okay call me anal retentive but i guess asking the question couldn't hurt. I have an Armalite postban rifle with a 16" barrel and the armalite muzzle brake.  I really dont care for the brake so I was thinking of removing it and putting one of the kkf type ones on.  While I had the muzzle brake off, I also was wondering if anyone knew how much it would cost to have my barrel cut down and have the ykk muzzle brake attached permanently to give the barrel and muzzle brake an overall lenght of 16". Ayone infor would be greatly appreciated.

Defenitly have some company do it, like the one posted.  If you do it yourself, you will have a SBR until the fake FS is installed...that equals bad.

The carbine on the right started out life as an ArmaLite M4C 16" HBAR with ArmaLite's patented Noise Enhancement Device... A quick trip to KKF and it came back in a lightweight profile, cut to 14 1/2" with the KKF A3 TacBrake.  I IM'd you the specs...
