They'll be cheapER, but I'd expect them to be in the $30-40 range at best. It isn't like Armalite will be able to have them made in the quantities that the US government bought M14 mags in.

i hope they are less expensive as well. also i would REALLY like to see 30 rounders for the AR10 as well. that would make my day! Stainless |

I'll give you an amen when you unscrew that vortex and put on a AWC Thundertrap. That would be a bad ass rifle.

30 rds would only be good for the cool factor. The 30 rds. mags for 7.62NATO stick out too far and are cumbersome not to mention a little on the heavy side. If you doubt me hook up with a guy who has some 30 rds. mags for an FAL and come back and tell us what you think.
