Yes they did. 16 inch M4 barrel 1/9. They also made the following in 1/9:

Light weight 10 inch
HBAR 10 inch
HBAR 11.5 inch
HBAR 14.5 inch
HBAR 16 inch
Light weight 16 inch

As well as a number of 20 inch barrels.
