Improved Battle Zero – yet another question

Two more questions re the improved battle zero (IBZ):

1. Given a fifty yard zero, what is the point of impact at 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 yards? I shoot USPSA/IPSC 3 gun matches where there’re lots of targets on a pistol-length stage at 3 – 25 yards.

2. What effect, if any, does using a AO Same Plane Aperture have on the use of the IBZ?

Thanks for your thoughts.

1. I would think at 25yds the POI would be half the distance (low) from your LOS to bore center, and proportional at the other distances. 2. Not familiar with it.

Given you're shooting a 16" carbine with M193 under standard conditions at Sea Level: 5yd -2.3 10yd -2.0 15yd -1.7 20yd -1.4 25yd -1.2
What effect, if any, does using a AO Same Plane Aperture have on the use of the IBZ?

Not much really. The only difference is you don't use the large aperture at the '3' setting - its used at the '3' -2 setting.
