Eagle Arms lower
Dan Young fluted M4 upper
Ace wrapped stock
Harris bipod
Dan Young vertical foregrip
551 Eotech
BC Cam adjustable gooseneck
Hogue pistol grip

In order to get the Eotech to cowitness, I had to cut away the top of the handguard above the heat shield. I have considered going with a flat top upper instead of the existing A2, however I think that may prove to costly for minimal improvement. Still needs a sling. However other than that, any suggestions?

At first glance I thought, man, that is front heavy. Then I started seeing the rock-solid reliability built in to this carbine. The vertical fore-grip helps ease the load I'm sure. I like it.

Well darn-it, I like this carbine, but it's got a bi-pod and a forward mounted EOTech on a BC carry handle mount. That's a lot of weight out front, the vertical grip is well warranted IMHO. Without the bi-pod you could also lose the VF.

It needs a light.

Looks good.....the bipod is out of place. Maybe if you had a magnified optic as a DMR setup.... Looks good.

Slum, did the lower come with red lettering or did you do that your self? It looks cool!

First off, nice work. You know you are never done. Don't ever try and convince yourself that you are. There's always something. [:D]

I did the lettering myself with a red China Marker. For great referance this site can't be beat. click here

re: the bipod If you get an ARMS #32 for that Harris bipod, you would give it QD capability so you woundn't have to have it on there all the time, just when you need it. Also, to reduce weight, go with the BRM-S bipod, it's tall enough to do the job. Oh, as an ET I recommend you get some of those split hollow flexitubes to rangle up all that messy wiring in the backround [;D]
