Can you use a carrier group from one upper to another? Or would it be best to have a separate carrier group for each upper?

My uppers are complete - each B/BC headspaced to a specific upper.

That being said, you should be OK using a single B/BC with multiple uppers as long as you check headspacing.

IMHO parts that break in together should stay together (i.e. Bolt and Bolt carrier for each upper).  If you must share I would have a bolt for every upper ($50) and share the Bolt Carrier between the uppers.
