Welcome aboard [beer] however, might want to take this kind of stuff into the General Discussion.

Ahhhh... Another lost soul with a soon to be empty wallet, and bank account, and maxed out credit cards. This place is like a bar for alcoholics.

In order to keep the thread from being locked... What kind of AR-15 do you have? What are the tricks? Home built or store bought? What was the gun Al Pichino used in the movie Heat? Edited to add; Oh ya, welcome aboard. What part of the Great Lakes State do you hail from? (TC Area here.)

I hail from Livonia, Wayne County. I have a CAI 16" Post ban. Store bought. Vert Grip, light, some scope's, flat top upper, I have a 24" bull flat top upper as well. Some An/ PVS stuff that got lost along the way here and there ;) AL Pichino did not star in the movie heat. He did not star in the one that came out in the 90's nor did he star in the one made in the 70's.. Al Pacino did star in the 90's movie of Heat and he used a FAL, I do so recall when he popped Tom "I am not a wife beater" Sizemore in the head. His hand guns, etc I dont know. :)

Ya, I know. I figure I'll never spell his name right so at least this way I'll look like a smart ass as opposed to a bumb ass (hopefully). Anyway it's a bad, long too old, joke. If you hang here long enough you will see this question posed seriously (at least 3 times in the next 2 months).

Us paisano's look at stuff like that! [jump]

IIRC, Pacino used a Colt Officer's 1911 as his handgun. It may have been custom, because I think the slide is an officer's, and the frame was commander/full size. Oh, yeah, I'm pretty new here too, mainly just been trying to soak up info, so Welcome aboard!

Another Jarhead. [rolleyes] When are you going to have some real Class (III) and get yourself a good, old fashion M16? I can understand Semi-Ar’s if you are living in a State that outlaws Freedom. Let’s see, MI, Michigan, right? I forget what the Laws are like out there. I’d have to check, but I think you can have what this Lil’ Ol’ Paratrooper (75-81) can have. An M16A1. Or an A2 if you have the extra Green.[uzi] [wave]Welcome anyway cousin.[wave]

Greetings, ZFB. [wave] This is a nice place, folks are always willing to help with their wealth of knowledge. Be sure to check out your hometown forum. Have fun!

Welcom ZFB. Like someone has already said. You can blame this place for empty bank accounts, maxed out CC's and I must mention, Divorce. A LOT of good people here and wealth of information. I've learned alot from these people and wish I could give them something back for their help other than receipts from the divorce attorney.[BD]
