This is a bolt for a .45ACP AR upper. Is this a semi-auto bolt or full auto? Thanks for any help, Bob

Semi auto. The front of the rear underside has been cut back so it can't engage an auto sear. My hunch is that, given the heavy bullet weight of the .45, they wanted to leave as much weight on the carrier as possible, and still be legal, so they took off the minimum necessary to make it not engage full auto, while still leaving nearly all the original weight.

Hahaha, I saw that too and thought the same! Oh well, if it works, that's what counts. No one sees the insides anyways...
