Is there such a thing as a bad Preban Lower, Or is there one you just wouldnt mess with? Im looking for a Preban but Im not all about paying $2500 for a complete rifle, just to be nostalgic. Id prefer to have a good preban lower to Swap in some modern uppers to go along with those Evil Features im in need of. If I can get a decent lower for $600 and a new upper for $6-700, then Ill have saved about $1000 I can spend on optics and new evil add ons.
