If this is true ... Is my colt  M4 A1 upper from the Gov-Milat....?  im curious if my upper may have some value   your guys thoughts . he some of u may remember me i use to be a member "bigbushy" untill i got in to it with the frank squid ....but any way what do you guys think? do any of you own this upper config..?

Colt's focus is first to supply M4s to the military, then to fulfill LEO orders.  Left-overs are made available for civilian sales.  Your upper isn't from the military, as the military no longer allows such items to be surplussed.  It came straight from Colt to whichever dealer you got it from.
