I just got one and it's the best thing since sliced bread !!! Everyone should get one !!
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 2:56:49 PM EDT
I have one, I think I paid $23 for it from a member here. Then I saw them for $14 at the local gun shop. They certainly do make (un)loading mags quick.

The LULA is one of those 'why didn't I think of that' toys... works great! I've got one in the range bag, one in the magazine case, and one in my transportation hard case...

[lolabove] The lula is great. Worth every penny.

I got several. There's always somebody on the line packing mags with their thumbs. I can't stand to watch them suffer so I let them use one of my LULAs. Sometimes it takes a while to get them back.

I have one and love it. I amazed some young guys who had a Bushy with it. The wanted to buy it off of me but I declined their offer.
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 4:12:23 PM EDT
[wave] I do!

Dude...Semper Gumby is already taken!

I have the LULA and I also have Bushmaster's new easyloader http://www.bushmaster.com/shopping/magazines/8448670-el223.asp. The easyloader from Bushmaster is much better and faster for loading mags. However, that's all it's made for, just to load. That makes the LULA a better unloader.

20 rounds at a time, right? So you need a swipe and one half to fill a 30? They are quick once you load the loader... LULA looks faster... I have the lula...
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 4:23:32 PM EDT
True, the new easyloader can only load 20 at a time but it is still faster then the LULA I must say. Like I said, I have both and they are both great.

I've been using my LULA for the past year+, I love it! That handguard removal tool is a sweet thing too! ~ s0ulzer0
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 4:27:06 PM EDT
The Lula is great. Now that I have one, I don't even load mags any more. I let the 5 year old do it.

Great device. There were 15 ARFCOM members gathered at a NJ range yesterday and I was the only one to have it. Most of the guys swore they needed to get one.[8D]

got one
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 4:59:21 PM EDT
They're great, I bought mine here at AR15, but I understand they can be had for less. Dunno know where tho.
Link Posted: 5/18/2003 5:01:56 PM EDT
Best just to get several right off the bat! I keep one in the range bag and one on my bench. I even have a spare, though from the looks of things neither of the other two will ever wear out.

I have one and I love it.

I have one for my AR15 and I use it alot, but does anyone know if they are going to make one for the AK47? I had heard a while back they were going to come out with one for the AK47.

I bought two when Dennysguns first started selling them. I now have three.
Link Posted: 5/19/2003 2:39:25 AM EDT
Works great; I'll buy another.
Link Posted: 5/19/2003 5:01:04 AM EDT
I don't have one. All my .223 comes out of the Dillon and right onto strippers. I use a Cammenga stripper clip loader.

LULA is my new love.

I have two of them and I think they're great.
Link Posted: 6/8/2003 12:31:00 PM EDT
I'm going to order a few Monday to keep on hand at the shop. It looks like a good accessory to offer to AR buyers. I'm going to get one or two for myself also of course.
Link Posted: 6/8/2003 2:10:43 PM EDT
I like the LULA loader. I will be giving them for gifts to all my friends. They will love them to.
Link Posted: 6/8/2003 2:45:26 PM EDT
I don't know why I didn't get one yet, one of the NY crew members let me try his at the range and it was simply amazing. Maybee it's the price that keeps me from buying, although it's an outstanding tool, I can't justify spending the cash when I usually have lots of ammo loaded on strippers already. Does anyone else think it's too expensive or am I just nuts for not buying one? The handguard removal tool is another cool item, I don't need one myself but many people have a hard time with thier handguards so it makes life easier for them. IIRC, It was invented by one of our members a few years ago.

I have one too and love it. I make all the AR shooters try and then they want one to.

WOW, all this feed back. Maybe I should try one out. I use Beta mag loaders. One is the 5 loose round, and the other is a kick ass stripper clip one.

I have one and I'll be buying a couple more at the next Funshow [:D]
