Will a KAC RAS II fit on the RRA flat top upper? I know the RAS II will mount on mil spec. dimensions but i'm not sure if the RRA is the same height as mil. spec.

Thanks!

I would go to the Equipment Exchange, find Legal-Transfers and ask Pete.  He's the RRA guy.
(Or go to the Industry Forum for the same info.)

RRA released some out of spec flat top uppers back in 2001. After quite a fiasco, that they allowed to drah on for much longer than needed, they fixed the problem. So, unless your RRA upper is one of those, it will fit just fine.

How do you easily spot an out-of-spec upper? The only "check" I have read so far has been some ARMS #40 users who could not fit them properly.

My #40 fits fine, does that mean my upper is in-spec?

Its hard for me to tell because my computer screen is a little dark, but it does look to be a Knights Armament straight mount.
