Tell me if the Bushnaster I picked up today is a pre-ban lower and what is it's value?. The Lower say's  Cal.223-5.56MM Mod.XM15-E2S. But, it shoots 7.62X39 rounds through a non flash surpressed 16 inchheavy barrel.
Can anyone help with filling me in about the Value of it and where I can find more information about it at?.

A pic most likely won't tell too much regarding status, a better place to start to determine pre/post ban status is with the serial number...

Thanks for the information. My serial number is L2546XX. Guess it is a post-ban. What is it worth approximately with the 7.62X39 upper on it?
