Do any companies offer a custom length non-collapsible stock?

I like the 3rd position of the 4 position stock, but want a non-collapsible to stay legal.

Any suggestions?

I wish they did. It sounds like a complete pain in the ass to perminently modify a pre-ban CAR stock so that it cant be converted back. The manufactures should be paying attention. There have been a lot of posts on this. I have to carbines, and I use the stock in the 2nd dentent position from closed (RRA and Colt Enhanced). Ive thought about building a post ban RRA, but Ive been trying to figure out the best cleanest way to modify a stock in the position I want it in.

Have you checked out an A1 stock? It's a little shorter than the A2 stock that is now standard, and might be about the same as the position you like on the telestock.

Hello, I really liked the looks and concept of the ARBT when I saw it too but then I went to the ACE website (http://www.riflestocks.com/html/arbt_features.html) and found the following disclaimer which shattered my hopes as my rifle is post-ban. *Note: The ARBT has not been ATF approved for post-ban rifles. Check all Local, State and Federal laws before installation. Drivie

Drivie..its my understanding, but know factual knowledge, that that stock would be legal even without explicit approval because IF it came down to it the stock is obviously NOT collapsible, or even really adjustable. once its cut to lenght its there. no cause for legal action against you for a collapsing stock. the 94 ban says nothing about explicit parts though. CORRECT ME ANY LAWYERS THAT ARE OUT THERE THOUGH =). BTW...how much does one of those things weigh???

Hmmmm...that is sweet! I may consider that stock, even though I wanted the military look. It looks as if halfway between the full length and CQB length would be about right.
