a slant break like you do on some AK's? Seems like it would be a good choice for a post-ban gun. Opinions?

Why exactly would it be a good choice?

An A2 look-a-like brake does a better job and looks better.

If you want a brake that looks out of place and is far les efficient then by all means go ahead and put one on yours.

It was merely a question. I have no intention of putting one on any of my AR's because they already have factory installed breaks on them. (Bushmaster w/AK-74 break & Colt w/finned break) Back to what I asked before.... has it ever been done?

I'm sure it can be done but if it isn't made for a .22 projectile,it won't work efficiently.Slant brakes on AK's really only benefit full auto.I never noticed a difference in semi other than cool looks. The AK74 style works much better but is very loud.I personally prefer no brake on a post ban weapon.
