I ordered a SWFA 1-6 SS HD scope from SWFA during the Black Friday sale. I've been wanting one and the sale price was too good to pass on.
Well, the next day I received an email saying that the scope was back ordered (probably because of the sale). I replied back saying I would wait for it. I also asked for an approximate date that I could expect it.
Customer service replied back saying that they were looking at two to three weeks. That was fine with me as I knew the scope would be worth the wait.
Imagine my very pleasant surprise when I received an email a few days later saying the scope was in stock and that I should keep an eye out for a tracking number (which came the same day).
I was ecstatic that the scope was on it's way and I was even more so when it arrived today.
The scope is utterly amazing, but I'm not telling anyone who knows SWFA products anything new.
The reason why I wanted to post is not to state the obvious of SWFA HD scopes are utterly amazing, but rather to give credit where credit is due.
Michael, the customer service rep, kept me in the loop every step of the way even during the post Black Friday rush.
Yes, the inventory tracking could be better as mentioned below, but when you have great customer service like SWFA does, oversights like the software don't seem to matter as much.
They have earned a dedicated customer in me and I wish to thank Michael and SWFA one more time for the exceptional customer service and truly amazing scope.
