Just received my complete lightweight bolt carrier group. When I tried to disassemble it to clean and lube, I found that the cam pin hits the edge of the gas key and can't be removed. I've never had this problem before. The packaging was not damaged in any way, so I'm not sure how this could have happened. I tried rotating it 180 and made sure the cam pin was hard against the carrier. https://i.imgur.com/SSgXfq4.jpg View Quote What’s your order number? Have only ordered from you guys a few times so far but only due to just recently finding you.
As is with all of the other positive feed back in here I have had great service in the way of fast shipping & delivery but what I am impressed with the most was an extremely quick reply to e-mailed questions. Should have one of your RTB triggers here by the weekend to try out. Thanks for the great service |

Found one of your adds in the EE for a KAK brace kit. Jumped on your site and was amazed by your pricing. Ended up buying 4 other items for my current build.
Placed the order late last week. Shipped out the next day and got it Monday. Great pricing and product selection. You guys will be seeing a lot more of my business in the future. |

Just sent an email about A cero 80% ar10 receiver set I bought that both upper and lowers were out of spec. The upper had the rear takedown lugs too fat to fit into the lower. I ground that down a little so it fits so that wasn't that big of a deal.
The bad problem is the lower had the safety detent hole drilled at about a 10 angle so after I milled out the lower with my 5d pro jig The detent hole clicked in to the safety selector hole at about 4:30 so it us impossible to select it to fire position. It is a major disappointment. In not blaming RTB, but this is a major problem. I gave a $250.00 paper weight now. My order # is 71132. |
|
I've sent several e-mails with detailed pics showing the poorly drilled detent hole that ruined this $250 receiver set and this is the only response i get.
Good morning, The rear pocket on the lower is one of the reference points that the ATF uses to determine if the lower is 80% or a firearm, so our machine shop plays it safe and keeps that area narrow. What kind of jig did you use? Every jig that we know of opens that rear pocket in one of the steps. I'm feeling pretty bad about this right now. This is not good at all. I tried calling too. I should have known that would be useless too. |

Right to bear arms bad lower https://imgur.com/a/j12un
Here is the detent hole. I thought that you guys might have bought it like this, but according to your email your machine shop destroyed this. |

I'm not saying that you did; however, we can't just refund everyone that says their forging was messed up. We need to verify certain things. |

Sorry I came off so upset yesterday. It just was a bad situation. I didn't realize just how good you guys really are. Replacement us in the mail today.
Thank you very much. Anybody can put out a bad part. I'm a machinist on my current job for 17 years, so I've seen a lot of bad parts. It's how a company handles a bad situation that you need to use to assess the company. You handled this unfortunate situation extremely well. Great customer service and will recommend to everyone that they can buy with confidence from Right To Bear. Thank you very much, you just got a life long customer. |

Do we get an Arfcom discount?
Placed a few orders over the last month or so, and am very pleased with every aspect of the orders! Ordering Shipping Product All fantastic... Though it would be nice to see the price return to pre hysteria pricing. |

Though it would be nice to see the price return to pre hysteria pricing. View Quote It depends on what you're interested in. We are still operating on very tight margins. Everything is still well below MSRP. If something has gone up in price it is because our cost of procurement has gone up. We raised the price slightly on some other products because we do not know when we will be able to restock. Machine shops are drying up. Let me know what products you are looking at and I'll see if I can discount. |

Found out about you guys from a member here. Just placed a 2nd order for a BCG and a couple of charging handles.
You guys rock. You have joined my small elite, list of go to vendors. |

I’ve ordered a few times from RTBA and every order has been shipped in a timely fashion and included the correct parts. Their prices are some of the best out there.
However (and this isn’t necessarily their fault), the CMMG LPK from my most recent order had an out of spec selector switch. I haven’t bothered asking for a replacement selector because I modified it to try and make it work, which it doesn’t (still). I bought an $8 mil spec selector from the local range today and dropped it in and it functions 100%. I say that the problem isn’t necessarily RTBA fault because they obviously didn’t make the part nor is it branded as theirs. They are simply selling another manufacturer’s part, as many retailers do. But, I noticed that they claimed the problem “isn’t at all common” when someone else left a product review noting the exact same problem from the CMMG kit they purchased. A quick search around the net reveals that many, many people have had out of spec selectors in their CMMG LPK. Since this is a feedback thread I’m suggesting that RTBA take a moment to consider and perhaps look into what’s happening at CMMG if they plan to continue carrying their product, because what I received wasn’t even close to in spec. I hope this doesn’t come across as too critical, I think RTBA has a great thing going and I absolutely intend to continue purchasing from them. My son is current US Navy and assuming SailorJ is Navy veteran I would like that he gets my business. |

Email sent. Looks like I’m set up with a replacement. Thank you!

Made my first order on 4/13 and had it to my doorstep on the opposite side of the country as of this morning.
Your price beat every place I looked too. Can't ask for any better service than that! I'll continue ordering from you guys for anything I need. |
|
Late to this thread with my feedback, but it's 120% positive! Ordered a variety of items over the past year, about to order some .22lr conversion mags!
You guys rock, don't know how you do it, but please keep doing it! |

Just wanted to add to the kudos already in this thread. I had been eyeballing the Cerro 80% lower/upper set with Cerakote and engraving options for some time. Unfortunately it was out of stock. I indicated that I wanted to be notified when they became available again and then waited patiently (NOT!). Finally, I decided to do it the hard way by buying the components separately - which cost about $40 more per set (ordered two). So far, so good - but the day after I placed my orders, I got the long awaited "The product you want is in stock" email. Figures. I inquired with RTB to see if there was any chance that they would honor the set price, and to my very pleasant surprise, they did! Great to deal with a company that puts the customer first and values customer service. They earned my business for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Have placed many orders with RTB. Every time was completely happy. First had a USPS snafu, I raised concern and Sailor J was on it quick. Anytime i need parts this is my first place to look. A+ company with A++ customer service.

Placed an order for a lower receiver Sunday night. By monday afternoon, I had tracking info. Cant beat that timeliness.

Placed my first order with you guys on Monday and it is already at my post office and supposed to deliver today. On top of that, I ordered an AO Precision BCG, which was $20 more than last week. I figured "whatever, maybe the super sale is over." However, I jumped on yesterday to check specs on BCG again and saw that is was $10 less than Monday. Shot them an email just to see if they would make a price adjustment. They did it no questions asked. They didn't have to. Amazing customer service and I will go to them first when I need something now!

Placed an order for a custom engraved lower today. Be safe during the hurricane!
eta: received it and it is awesome! I have been busy all day dreaming up ideas for a few more engraved receivers. this is going to get expensive |
|
Placed my first order with you guys a couple weeks ago, and about to place my fourth or fifth this week. Prices are reasonable, shipping is fast, and the daily sales are nice. Definitely my new favorite vendor.

The new look of the website is an improvement over the old one.

RTB is a top notch vendor. Good selection, fair prices, they listen to their customers suggestions and practice excellent customer service. Gtg in my book.

A note about the AO Precision Premium Phosphate Bolt Carrier Group - 158 HPT/MPI. I purchased two of these during Black Friday sale. These are by all appearances made to a high standard. I can't see anything to indicate less than high quality throughout, however I am definitely disappointed that the bolts are not marked. That is not the same as saying I don't believe they are as advertised, but I can't think of a single good reason to omit those details from the descriptions.

They are marked. They’re a bit hard to see, but if you remove the bolt from the carrier, you will see the HPT/MPI engraving. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

You guys rock!! I saw the blem Aero Atlas R-one keymod rail on sale; I’ve been shopping for a deal on the M-lok, but for the price I couldn’t pass it up...
Wasn’t concerned with the blem since it’s going to get painted. Ordered it Thursday- postal dude just dropped it off! I see one tiny spec in the finish. Even if I wasn’t painting it, I would never notice it without looking for it... Awesome job!! |

Ordered Friday and delivered today, would have been yesterday. I appreciate the quick turn around, is it possible to leave EE feedback? Order#: 169799
