I have placed many orders with Right To Bear which have all been perfect except the last. With my last order they accidentally sent an 18" barrel when I had ordered a 16". I emailed them about the problem and promptly received a reply with a solution. They sent me the correct barrel with a return postage sticker and resolved the situation quickly. The customer service was fantastic and went above my expectations. Things happen and I even felt like they were too apologetic ha-ha! I don't think I have ever received better customer service and will absolutely continue to buy from them with confidence based on my incredibly positive experiences! Thanks for being a solid vendor and keep up the great work!

Ordered the M4 flat top upper with kit, .625 gas block, rifle length gas tube and Faxon Gunner 18" barrel on the 18th, Items arrived today and look great! First time customer and I will definitely order again, and again. I love the fact that they have a live inventory, if I can add it I can have it.
I had been looking for an 11.5" BA barrel for my current SBR build for awhile and everyone seemed to be out of stock, even BA. That's when I came across Right to Bear Arms, they had the barrel I wanted at a great price, but were also out of stock; so I opted to have them email me when it came back in stock. I received an email a couple weeks later saying that it was in stock, so I went to order it and found that it was part of the deal of the day and the price was even lower then when I originally was going to buy it, so needless to say, my order was submitted immediately. Their prices are great, the order process was painless and the shipping was fast. Very satisfied customer! |

I was originally drawn to RTBA for the incredible prices on BA bbls. But I soon learned these guys are the complete package: great service, quality, and really good prices. I have ordered a couple of different BA barrels, a blem upper, BCG, and gas blocks. Everything was GTG. And they are fellow vets. These guys are my new go-to vendor. Just picked up some more stuff for another build.
I made a mistake and email rtb after i noticed i added one to many items. Rtb email back swiftly and fixed the order. Item was shipped and recieved in 2 working days. From florida to iowa. Cant ask for better than that. Been passing the website to friends and they are impressed as well. One told me he will order his parts he needs from rtb from now on. Always great prices and service. Ordered a few products to include an AR barrel from these folks.
Everything arrived but the barrel, and when I contacted RTB to see if it was coming in another shipment they told me it was in the box I received. Through further contact, RTB has failed to make it right. I would not recommend these guys- plenty of other vendors that take care of their customers. |

View Quote You contacted us 9 days after receiving your order claiming that the barrel was missing. We checked our inventory and everything matched to the T. Our shipping records indicate that the package weighed exactly what it should have with the barrel included. That's not an issue. There's a solution for that since the package was insured. However, you waited 9 days to contact us AND you threw away the invoice and the box. Both of those things are very necessary when submitting an insurance claim for missing content. Regardless, we still submitted a claim and are waiting on a decision. If you had kept the box or contacted us in a timely manner, we would have refunded you ASAP and waited for reimbursement through the claim. However, you failed to contact us and got rid of all the evidence. Now we have to wait. |
