FYI, I manage the social media accounts and was overseas for the last two weeks, just saw your post.
We return every phone call with contact info (name and phone number) that we receive in 24 business hours. If you call on a Friday night, or on Saturday or Sunday, well, we aren't here- we are humans with days off like everyone else. As far as not leaving a message when getting voicemail, well, if you don't leave a message we don't have a message to call back on.
FYI we have two people who answer the calls for CS but they do have other work duties too, and sometimes we just aren't available to pick up the phone due to work or even being on the phone with other customers.
Email that we receive is responded to also within 24 business hours. If you didn't get a response that means that either 1. we never got it due to a spam filter or 2. you never got our response due to a spam filter on your end.
Being that you never got the shipping notification email or a response to your emails, I am going to say #2 was the issue with the email.
I am sorry you did not get the customer service you expect and that we try to give, but I know my people return all the calls and emails promptly, so I am afraid it was most likely a technology issue that prevented communication.
I don't have a real name to connect you to your screen name, if you want to send me a PM with your real name I would like to look up the time from order to time of delivery and see if anything was out of sorts in that regard.
