I'm waiting on an SSA but I also ordered an ODG Charging handle. I'm assuming they aren't splitting orders and sending some stuff here and there as they have it/get it. I think the hold up on mine has been the ODG charging handle.

I’m in the 5.5%, apparently when I placed my order I accidentally put the wrong email address so I haven’t been able to get any emails etc regarding my order. Supposedly they can’t change the email address on my order. I’m waiting it out.

I had ordered one of the g2 triggers on cyber Monday. Haven’t received it. Wonder if I should call based on that post....

Finally received my partial order, still waiting on FFL stuff (receiver). Got my colt stripped upper and ODG Gov't charging handle. No swag, but did get the 35% coupon. This apple green anodize on the CH is absolute bullshit and is going on the EE. As much as I hate to say it, the QC of G has absolutely shit the bed!

Still waiting. No email yet. But it’s ok, quality over speed. They are probably bombarded with work, emails, and phone calls. They said it could be until the end of the month, so I’ll wait till the end of the month.

I got 1 shipping notice today via email from Geissele for 1 BUIS set that was in the order with 1 of the SD rifles.
And in UPS my choice I see another order coming to my house with an order number on the tracking in UPS - my ODG upper. No shipping notice for either ODG or DDC SD rifles. :( |

I’m a 5.5%er as well. I received my Super Duty DDC rifle just over a week ago. I’m still waiting on two DDC Super Duty 11.5 uppers, two DDC MK16 rails, and 2 DDC stripped uppers.

Just got UPS notice of 2 packages coming in tomorrow. One for 1lb and one for 6.6lbs. No notes or order numbers and no notice from G on these so I’ll see what I get tomorrow. For non-FFL items I’m waiting on a 10.3 URGI, DDC buffer tube and trigger guard, LPK.
Guessing my grey SD rifle will keep me in the 5.5% until the end. |

No emails but I logged into my UPS account and show a tracking number from Geissele. Tracking details indicate it has left West Chester with an expected delivery of Monday.

Bill explained on his black friday video, that anodizing varies. That's why my two ddc are not perfectly matching. I'm starting to think some people must just show their guns and not actually use them

Still waiting on G iron sights that they forgot to include when thry shipped my order 2 weeks ago.

So geissele finally emailed me back yesterday and said that they were planning on having my super duty upper shipped by the end of the month.
I guess I was right when I got the 5.5% email that said "next saturday we plan to have all shipped" and figured I would take what geissele says and triple it at best Time will tell. |

What percentage of unfulfilled orders is Geissele at now? It's 11 weeks and counting and I still have 2 outstanding orders totaling just north of $1K with any faith I have left in Geissele beginning to crumble. I didn't jump on the bandwagon when people began complaining weeks ago. I was patient and understanding, and just wanted my order to be done right and not rushed. But this is becoming extremely frustrating. I spent a lot of hard earned money so I could show how proud I was to be rocking a 100% Geissele build. I really mean that. And I couldn't even describe how excited I was when Geissele announced it would actually be possible. But my former excitement has now turned to questioning my past purchases with Geissele and any plans I had for future purchases. If you told me almost 3 months ago that I'd be questioning Geissele's customer service or products I would have called you crazy. But now, I'm just at a loss. It may help Geissele to look at this situation through the customer's eyes to understand what a mess this really is and how damaging to Geissele's reputation it has become. Because what it looks like to us is that none of the products we purchased were actually in stock at the time of order and that Geissele just used our money to fund the purchase of the materials to begin manufacturing the final products after the fact and already put the profit in it's pockets while we're still left waiting. Also, I've sent two emails with no reply going back weeks. I left a voicemail that was never returned. When I was finally able to speak to someone it was after multiple attempts, meaning 8-10 calls, before someone actually picked up. To be blunt, it may SOUND comforting to hear you guys are making changes to better serve your customers, but frankly we're not seeing it. And providing a limited time coupon as a "concession" for our patience that requires us to spend more money with Geissele to get anything out of it seems self serving for Geissele and not us, your CUSTOMER. I want to apologize if I'm coming off as some kind of jerk and I want you to know that I mean nothing personal against you. But please understand how frustrated and disappointed we are. Even through all of this many of us are still looking for light at the end of the tunnel and we've been cheering Geissele on to make things right. |

Was hoping to have Geissele gear to rock my upcoming rifle class, but doesn't look like its going to happen. What a damn disappointment. 0/2 after 11 weeks.

Still waiting on my BF order. Still have not received any communication other than a canned response to the web inquiry I initiated. If we are really down to something less than 5.5% of the BF orders still outstanding it would be nice to get some word from Geissele.

Waiting on a gray super duty, and ddc receiver set. I also agree the 35% limited time and item coupon is a joke of an apology, more like capitalizing on a monumental mistake. At this point with all the terrible qc we are seeing I have little faith that when my order does finally show up that it will be right.

I placed a single order on Dec 1st and have thus far received a stripped lower, the only FFL item, and thats all, which is baffling. I am waiting on black SD complete upper, a black MRO mount, a G2S trigger, and a black SD LPK. No complex anodizing here. I have not received any of the update emails at all, but i DID get an email shipping notification on my lower.
All of this is a whole bunch of WTF, and we are now into week 12. |

I received my MK16 rails and DDC uppers today. No email from Geissele just one from UPS last Friday. Still waiting on my DDC Super Duty 11.5 uppers.

Email from UPS for shipment delivery tomorrow from PA, looks like my upper will finally arrive.
Label looked to have been created on the 15th and was picked up on the 17th. Geissele webpage still reads as processing. |

I work at a local gun shop/indoor range in Frederick Maryland and was helping my boss open the mornings deliveries yesterday. There was a package from G and I got excited at first but it was not for me It was 2 DDC Lower Receivers and they looked AWESOME!!! They were also consecutive serial numbered!!
So there are now G Lowers in the wild in Md. I am Happy for the customer who will receive his lowers!! I hope my 2 DDC Upper & Lowers sets arrive soon and I am hoping they will be consecutive serial numbered also. I have sent a couple of emails requesting consecutive serial numbers. |

No longer a 5.5%er... all my orders are fulfilled and happy about everything. Stripped set, ODG SD rifle and some accessories.

I just hope when my DDC upper and lower finally do arrive the fit and finish are good. I really Like what Bill says in his videos and I try and support fellow PA companies. I work around the manufacturing field so when he talk numbers it is interesting to me.
But it is now 19 February and I still don't have my receiver set and they would not ship the upper alone, this sale has left a bad taste in my mouth about any other large purchase from them in the future. The 35% coupon is nice but to have to spend more money with a company that had many delays with orders and seeing issues with QC does not set all that well with me. And plus it seems the coupon is not good for all the the Geissele products, why put limits on your customers who sent you money because the support your products. |
