I got the email last Friday, then got a tracking number that evening. It shipped Monday via innovations and should be here tomorrow. We'll see if the coupon is in there.

I placed 2 orders. One order was when the sale started. Never got a confirmation and doesn't show up in my account. Second order was the next morning-- that order had a confirmation and showed up in my account.
I sent them a message around Christmas about the first order not being in my account. They did get back to me about a week later and said they did have the order; they attached a copy of the sales order for my reference. I got the ship notice on my second order at the same time everybody else did (Thu/Fri). The package did ship and I received it a few days ago. Still no word on my first order, but I do have a copy of the invoice. It's unfortunate things went like this, but I will say Geissele customer service was helpful and I have no complaints in that regard. |

I own a Super and an Airborne and love them but this govt is worse than any charging handle I’ve ever held. It rattles horribly. The handles feel flimsy and the coating is inconsistent throughout. Also, there are others with these problems so I’m not alone. As In ig user i had no idea about any of this since the communication throughout has been horrible for the average Geissele customer (not on Ar15, a pretty specific location) |

Received my SD complete upper, noticed very obvious machining marks on the BCG body, this is not what I expected from Geissele, one of the reasons I ordered SD over duty upper is the BCG, but the workmanship of this so called REBCG is definitely inferior to the toolcraft DLC I own.
Even the PSA BCG I bought during panic days is better than this. |

Am I the only one who doesn't understand what "machining marks" are being pointed out? Obviously it looks like it was machined, because it was machined.

Anyone from Geisselle who can comment on why some of us get no emails or other communication while some do? I got the email about machine guns but not the 13% email and no reply to the emails I have sent. Still waiting on two charging handles. Just want to know I am not forgotten.

It was a bit of a struggle placing my three BF orders,as the e-commerce side of Geissele's website had many glitches. I received the infamous 13%'er email. Last Friday, I received an email advising that one order had shipped, and a Luna Black SD rifle was delivered to my FFL this morning. Rifle looks great, upper and lower colors match, no flaws noted anywhere in either the finish or BCG. Discount coupons and swag included. Received an email Saturday advising of pending shipment of second order ( which includes an URGI upper ). UPS tracking reports the second order will be delivered tomorrow. Received an email today advising that my third order has been picked up by UPS with an estimated delivery date of Monday. I called Erica at Geissele twice regarding my orders, left voicemail messages and my calls were returned the next business day. When logged into my account on the Geissele website, I sent three messages regarding my orders. Each message was answered in a day. Geissele has fulfilled my three orders eleven days after its original estimated completion date. That's not too shabby in my book. Thus far,I'm satisfied. Geissele will retain my business.

Having trouble reading ? Need a little cheese to go with your whine ? I received an email from Geissele informing me that my orders were among the 13% of which wouldn't be fulfilled by their original 8 week estimate. I acknowledged the 8 week estimated completion time ( as did you on BF ) when my orders were placed. Geissele missed its original estimated fulfillment date on my orders by eleven days. I placed two calls to Geissele's Sales Department inquiring about the status of my orders and Erica returned both calls within a day. I sent three messages to Geissele regarding my orders and received a reply to each one within a day. Seems to me that Geissele did a reasonable job of being transparent regarding my orders. In my opinion ( and I don't give a sh*t what you think ), that's not setting the bar low. I found the Geissele staff to be responsive to my inquiries but YMMV. I'm 5/5 on responses. Our experience clearly differs, but don't presume to lecture me about my dealings with a stand up company. |

So I got my Mr Bill rifle today and only got a 20 percent discount code... wtf?
@GACS ETA- According to the packer inspection tag it apparently shipped on 2/1, I never got an email and my order on the site still says processing so I have no real idea when it shipped |

No response from geissele as of today, maybe by the end of the week they'll contact me to confirm. |

I did not get the 13% email or a coupon. I did get my stuff. The tracking number was created right at the end of the 8 weeks. Right now the tracking shows no movement.

I understand both sides of the argument but this bickering needs to stop guys Geissele messed up and a lot of us blew it out of proportion. I been posting here daily and sure I was part of it too but at the end of the day we should really try and stay positive. It's not the end of the world

I am also in the camp who are still waiting for their BF orders. The reply to my last email regarding the status was just a generic copy and paste response about a 35% off coupon being included. No time frame, no ETA.

I received my BF order a little later than 8 weeks. It was a mk4 ODG Fed and a govt charging handle. Just wanted to say thank you for the deal and there are no hard feelings on my end. I know you guys got rocked so I can't complain. After all, I did check that 8 week box. Hope you offer these same deals again next year. Also, please don't switch to cerokote. Maybe add a check box to acknowledge that you may not receive a matching shade? |
