Just got a new super duty upper. Are the copper reinforcement (?) rings for the qd slots removable? Those kinda caught me by surprise.

@GACS
Any plans for a 10.5” MK16 rail in OD Green sold separately? |
|

GACS-
Do you have an ETA on 14.5 uppers? Either complete or stripped? Thanks. |

In two weeks Bill will get to see me shooting Misa (see previous posts) in person but I might not get pics since my shooting buddy that usually takes my pics will be ROing. |

One of these things is not like the others. In fact, Misa doesn't belong. I couldn't afford the gas to drive to Georgia this week for Quantified Performance, where Misa is the ideal GP division raifu. However, my favorite place around here to shoot and camp was also doing shooting and camping, so I still went camping and shooting. This is probably going to sound like fake news, but even if you exclude no-shows and match DQs, I still Click To View Spoiler wasn't last place

Prize table pick up from WAR was a new Super Combat Sling. Big thanks to @sagmill for stacking the prize table so deep that even a guy with my skill level and equipment could still score some G kit.

But I ve got a lil block 2 build going on now lol, I knew itvwas gonna happen after my first "clone" with the 727. Hope all is good bud, just haven't heard much from you but I know you're a busyan.

View Quote Or just uppers. I like the MK16 for some things but the MK4 is better for TAC/DMR class gas guns. More rigid, easier to dig into a bag with. I would prefer an 18" but if they posted 16" Duty uppers with MK4s I would buy immediately. |

Took a family pic this morning before a 2-gun match. Left to right: Misa, Ruri, and Nazuna
Attached File I named the gun in the middle before I realized that particular "Luna Black" rail had a purple tint in certain lighting conditions, just like the namesake's hair, which is nominally like Luna (yes, really), and the reason the character's online alias is "kuroneko" ("black cat"). Bill can't have it back. I like it the way it is. But thats not kuroneko today. Ruri is kuroneko with a microdot and sometime a 3x micro flippy boy. Today, Ruri is set up primary optic wise like she was when I hit a 10" plate from 747 yards at Bill's place. Today, she is Click To View Spoiler Current specs: Misa is still a Spikes lower with PSA parts, a SD-C, Super 42 H1 set, topped off with a 16" Super Duty upper in Luna black. Scope is Athlon's new 1-10. I love that scope so far. MS-1 sling. Ruri, a 14.5" Super Duty in "Luna Black", has a Primary Arms SLx 1-8 and a Vortex Viper on a Vortex offset mount. The Viper kinda sucks in that role set up that way. G sling. Both guns have G scope mounts, G BUIS, Midwest swivels. Other obvious accessories are obvious. Nazuna is a PSA pistol kit on a Anderson lower. G A22 grip I bought because I like them. Vortex crossfire and magpul rail stuff and BUIS all picked from my extra junk box. Gradual upgrades from prize table pickups so far: Super 3 Gun trigger, G 1.93 T-1 mount, Magpul MS-1 with magpul swivels, Super 42 H-1 set, Super Charging Handle. I want a G rail next. Nazuna, as of this writing, is considered a "handgun" by both PSP and the BATFEFATDLGBBQ. Uncle joe has directed them to change their minds about that. I don't really care if they do, I was gonna start a stamp collection anyway. Their names are written in Kanji or Katakana as appropriate, by me, with a paint pen. |

Does anyone have a pic of a 10.5 MK8 with an 11.5” barrel? |

Don't think we have anymore of those rail sections but I'll see if I can unearth something for ya. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll see what I can do to help! As for the inspection stamp, I'll ask around and see if I can some info on it.
