Not necessarily. Shaw does the barrels to your specifications, so depending on the dimensions given will determine the finish and profile.
Wilson would also run barrels to your print, however they were not always the most reliable in keeping to your print. For 2 years we tried to get them to add the step down on the post ban barrels without result. Most of the time we were just happy to get barrels so we took what they sent.
Wilson did stamp their bull barrels back near the barrel nut with a W and the twist.
Sorry that I couldn't be of more help, but if it isn't stamped, unless I knew the time period the barrel came from, I probably couldn't ID which mfg. it came from.
