I find it interesting that Magpul is totally silent on the MP5 parts they made up for this over a year ago. With the popularity and availability of this platform now, one would think they would be pimping these accessories as hard as they could. I was doing some Googling of MP5 accessories and an old forum posting came up showing all the Magpul products for the MP5, but the link to Magpuls website was dead. Their ambi safety selector had my attention. Maybe all the feedback about their shit looking like ass made them start over?? View Quote |

Quoted: Yes, fourth quarter of 2019 per the latest update. View Quote But yet they claimed the gun at Shot this year was a production line gun. You telling me that they are going to build guns for 9 months to stockpile them and then sell them? That's a lot of RMA's when shit starts revealing itself. |

Officially a third of the way through the year, tick tock.
What will be higher, the number of meme lowers PSA produces this year or the numbers of days left in the year when they release their MP5? |

Well since I bought my PTR 9c and the can that fits a 3 lug barrel, I might have to get this K model just because.
Besides, I now have plenty of mags! |
|
I wish it were a two pin lower like the POFs. I’d like one of those housings for mine.
|
|
I’d like to know if it will be available with a 9” barrel in addition to the K type.

We are focusing on getting a standard PSA5 out. Once that is done and in full swing, we will see what happens from there! Thanks, Josiah If it means anything, I'd prefer the normal 9" or so barrel length first. The -K barrel length is cool, but there are far better options out there for that sort of ultra-short length. The full-size 9" barrel is where the MP5 really shines. ETA: I'd also love to see any pictures you may have of the future Scorpion-mag lower models that I've heard about. Those would be cool. To be perfectly honest, I stopped saving for the PSA-5 when the JAKL was announced but I'd still love to see a what a Scorpion-mag/AR FCG compatible lower would look like. A good design could certainly earn my money from other 9mm braced pistols (like a Ruger PC Charger). |

We will be releasing the 9" PSA5 first, and then the shorter PSA5 shortly after it.
Thank you, Josiah |

Thank you, Josiah View Quote That's perfect, I want to go full John McClane first. Now my question is, do you (PSA) plan on doing some sort of reservation list in order to obtain one of these? The rush is going to be mad and I want a fair shot, versus past attempts at mashing 'refresh' until it says in stock, then bum rushing through the checkout only to find out it is now out of stock. Thanks |

Do you have any pictures of the version that takes Scorpion-compatible/AK-V mags? Even tool room prototypes would be fine. I really want to see what it looks like.

And the end of the 3-lug unscrews to expose the 1/2-28 threads. It looks like in the image that was quoted, the whole assembly is about that same 5.3" length, but may be a shorter barrel with a 3-lug just screwed on it. |

So the actual physical examples shown in 2019...I mean 2020...are not the ones you're going to sell?
Instead you are going to release a model that has not been seen in the two years of smoke and mirrors. So we should see that at SHOT 2021? |
