About a week ago, I sent a DDI AK in to PSA, on their dime, after speaking to a CSA who confirmed, as I read here, and other places, that PSA acquired DDI and was handling warranty issues.
PRIOR to contacting PSA, I attempted to contact DDI, via information provided on DDI's website, with no email reply, with an email message taht the "customer service" email address at DDI was no longer functioning, and a phone number that is no longer in service.
Today, I receive an email from "Dylan D" at PSA, who, without informing me anything about how I might receive my firearm back from PSA, informed me as follows:

I immediately called the number above, and without an option to press any number to speak with a CSA, was disconnected.
