It’ll rotate back on to a Daily Deal with free shipping again, but if you keep an eye on GB you can get one for $859 shipped with no CC fee. Of course, it won’t have the M4, like the OEMs. |

I was in person at Clyde Armory Athens GA store today and they had head high stacks of pallets and more pallets of new Colts. I personally saw 16 OEM2,s and 15 OEM1s in boxes on the showroom floor all with the old style M4 Carbine roll marks. $925.00.
One of the things I love about Clydes Athens store is they have all their new inventory of Colts stacked on pallets out in the middle of the showroom floor. It was an amazing scene. I posted a video on a private group page of all of them. They must have had 100 M4 Carbine marked LE6920s on a huge stack on a pallet. Biggest stack of M4 LE6920s I have ever seen. |

I can’t remember if we covered it yet or not but where did these lowers come from?
A whole bunch of oem1 and 2s found in a warehouse somewhere? Overruns from a foreign contract? Special run from Colt? |

Quoted: Yep, but they have the new laser engraved "Carbine" lowers. CR6920 EPR. They hade a huge stack of those also. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Any of them EPRs? Yep, but they have the new laser engraved "Carbine" lowers. CR6920 EPR. They hade a huge stack of those also. Those are everywhere, what I’d like to pick up is an LE6920-EPR. It appears as though they are using up all the remaining M4 lowers with OEM1 uppers, so far, but it would be nice if they would assemble some of them with OEM2 uppers and make some EPRs. Maybe, @Minuteman1636 could inquire to see if Colt still has B5s, Magpul Pro sights and Centurion handguards still laying around to throw together some M4 marked EPRs? |

Wow!
Some of you guys buying these OEMs and parting them out in the EE is epic! |

Thanks for bumping this up when they came back in stock. I don't own a 6920 with M4 markings so I snagged and OEM 1 and 2. It's been something I wanted to get done and just never did. Appreciate the heads up.

To Pachuko: Have you not read this thread? No guarantees I guess, but they have all been m4 carbine marked lowers.
|
|
Only thing about my OEM-1 I didn't like was that the upper receiver I doubt was a Colt part. Much different finish than the CAGE code and C stamped upper receivers. I changed mine out. Rest of the rifle was GTG.

I guess the 'not 2021 quality' threw me for a loop. I also thought it strange they had more 'M4 Carbine' lowers after they were all gone. Just curious that's all. |

^ No worries. I dont know what "2021 quality" means by that reviewer. Check the lower reciever thread on the EE. Pretty much every Colt CR M4 Carbine lower being sold lately are from these OEMs.

I thought everyone wanted the M4 Carbine lowers and were buying them for that, not the upper. |

I just logged in at 2:48P CST 11/2 and got the $789 price. The shipping and taxes kill the deal though. I’ll wait for GT Distributors to restock.

I really don’t need any more but it’s hard to pass these OEMs up…
