A major focus of customer retention is customer service. Since I ordered my rifle the other day, I've had nothing but top notch service from the folks at Spikes.
Yesterday evening, AFTER Spikes business hours, I got a call from a member of the Spikes staff over a small detail regarding my FFL. After some clarification this morning everything is good to go!
I just wanted to say, that the customer service has been outstanding, and I will use Spikes as an example whenever I need to present customer success stories in relation to customer service.
