The Dissipator is a combat carbine. I can more than guarantee that it will be more accurate than he is. If he had bought a DCM, I would understand the eccentricity, but I think too many people blow this out of proportion on general purpose rifles. You're gonna make this guy into a basketcase. Next thing you know he's going to notice that his rear sight is crooked...oops, I shouldn't have mentioned that. All I'm saying is that for it's intended purpose the rifle is fine. I've carried M16A1's and A2's and accuracy was never an issue for me. The M4's are tight because they're not 30+ years old. Let's keep this in context. He asked if it was normal...it is. He asked if it will cause wear...it won't. He asked if he's overreacting...he is. Please don't confuse esoteric accuracy with function. Read his post again.
