Recently, I ordered a few items just to show Bushmaster some support.
Among the items I ordered were 2 white T-shirts, in small and medium.
When they arrived, I find a note on the invoice saying that you didn't have any in small, and that medium was substituted...and I was still charged!
Why would you send me something I didn't order and still charge me for it?! You had my e-mail address, you had my phone number...why not let me know something was wrong with the order?
Now, I'm sure I can make use of this extra shirt, but you guys have really got to let the purchaser know if there's a problem. Don't send the person something they didn't want and charge them for it. That's just not the way to do things.
