Whats with the website? Couldn't log in and had to reset my password, and now I am not showing any of my order history or status of my pending lower?
Same here - I had to reset my password and when I logged in I was pleasantly surprised to find I don't have an order history. I check the status of my UU small frame lower ever day...IT guys probably drunk at the keyboard again

It’s dead Jim
Strongbed is all I think of when I hear the system is down. |

ARF banner links are broke too, but www.larue.com is working. You also need to reset your password.
ETA - Check your SPAM folder just in case as the e-mail came from Sales and went direct to my SPAM. ETA II - I haz no orders. |
Same issue here. Couldn't get the tracking number for the half of my order that shipped and it doesn't show the LT15-12 that is on back order.

They must be having issues, I was able to log in earlier even tho I had to change my password, but now I get a message saying:
This site can’t be reached www.laruetactical.com’s server DNS address could not be found. Search Google for larue tactical ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED |
Same issues here. No order history, no status on the lower. Probably just a hiccup they're working through......hopefully.

Please check Facebook.
He mentioned last night they were in the process of switching to a more updated website. |
Was up earlier, but I didn't have a chance too look at it to see what was new...
NOw I get
Error 503 Service Unavailable
Service Unavailable
Guru Meditation:
XID: 377218364 |

Managed to sign in (apparently the e-mail is now case sensitive and I'd been using it capitalized differently in the past). Order history is kaput like everyone else's though.

Larue updated their website.
That is why you have to reset your password. Note the Larue 2.0 It looks like they still have a bunch of work to do. Order history is missing Images are off. Hopefully there are no sales before they get it back working normally again. Also hope they migrated to a more powerful server. The lowers are still there. Looks like ML raised the price $50 https://www.larue.com/products/larue-billet-lowers/ |

My order history shows but there's no link to the invoice or tracking info.
Yeah - I hope that IT plans on re-implementing the order history with tracking numbers and printable invoices.
It is not very useful as is. |
I still can't access it. I was able to for a short period of time yesterday while at work, but haven't been able to since I came home. No access on computer or cell.

I still can't get logged in after 15 tries and talking to customer support. He reset my password and it still doesn't work. Not impressed.
Well, I could finally access the site earlier this morning, but now I get this...
EDIT - Actually, that problem only happens to me using laruetactical.com, and not larue.com Attached File A.W.D. |

Reset twice, still can’t log in. Prior to that though my customer since field had been off by about 7-8 years.
Tracking numbers are up in order history, looks like it's still a work in progress.
It needs a lot of work to get it back to where it is useful. The old version was clunky but it had all of the information there and you could print an invoice. |
I'm afraid if I get logged in, I'll order something, especially, if its something new....
I'll need to order some Christmas Dillos in a week or so either way... I missed out last year... |
Order info section on LTs new website is garbage compared to the old one...or is it still broke...??
Y'all get back to me when I can get my password reset, login and order Holiday Dillos and a 7.62 Bolt Action TranQuilo brake.

Works for me, although it did require a password reset.
ETA: Are Christmas Dillos available yet? I'm not seeing them on the site. |

Also having issues. Ordered a UU 308 kit and went to order my lower, and after I complete the form, ship to this, bill to that, and proceed to the confirmation and final place order button, it keeps changing it so my billing and shipping address are the same. Can't ship the lower to myself and my card won't charge if the billing info is wrong. Tried it every which way, PC, mobile, mobile using the desktop site, nothing works.
I has a sad. Wanted the ball rolling on this asap but it looks like I'll have to call on Monday to place my order or at least talk to someone to figure this stuff out. Also experiencing the bug/feature where I can see my order history, but can't pull up an invoice. There was nothing wrong with the old site. |

Quoted: They will ship the lower to the address printed on the copy of the FFL they have on file - not to an address you enter for the FFL as the 'ship to' on the order screen. I would proceed with your order without worry. View Quote (Status was immediately set as "Flagged" but I imagine that's the case with firearm orders in general until they have the FFL info) |

At least y'all can log in. I've followed the directions on the website, reset my password and still can't log in.

I had to call Friday to fix a glitch they had with my account after the changeover. They told me the order history was not expected to work but should be back online soon. They need to update their security certificate to match the new address because that is causing browsers to trigger the non secure site warning.

So, another little bug I noticed. I had a pre-site-changeover order that was backordered when the changeover happened. Got the email saying the status had updated to complete or whatever the wording is, and also received tracking. Referenced the order number in my email against the backordered item and they match, but on the LaRue site nothing updated or changed (also being a pre changeover order I can't view the invoice, but that's no big deal in this case).
Not a problem for me, just an observation. |
